Prague Barbarians 106/1 in 8 overs Divyendra Singh 49(25) | Joe Cope 1/21 Vyashakh Jagannivasan 34*(20)
Murali Vandrasi finished things off in style there in the 8th over and the Prague Barbarians have registered a thumping victory here. They were always ahead of the run chase and were set up by a superb 84 run opening partnership where Div Singh went berserk as he scored 49 from just 25 balls.
Once he was gone, Vyasakh and Murali accelerated and ensured that the job was done with ample time to spare. The victory has put them up in the points table and they will be in the second position now. The VCC bowlers were pretty much off color for the major part of the innings and except for Joe Cope the rest of the bowlers failed to get any wickets.
They couldn't get any scalp early on and once the opening stand had gone past the powerplay, the game had slipped away from their hands. The dropped chances also didn't help their cause either, The likes of Saini, Muiz and Rakshit went for plenty as they were all taken to the cleaners.
