This has been absolutely brilliant clinical effort from the Snorkelers, their bowlers backed it up with a top notch bowling effort after Bootan and Hinds put on a show with the bat. With a steep target in front, the Raiders were always in trouble. They needed to get off to a good start but they lost wickets up front and that was a huge set back in the run chase for them.
Akim Chandler was the pick of the bowlers, he scalped three wickets to finish with. Skipper, Terrance Hinds himself picked up two wickets as well. Kelon Lynch bowled two overs, conceded just 6 runs and picked up a wicket. Jon-Russ Jaggesar who opened the bowling for the Snorkelers has been sensation, gave away just 14 and a wicket too for his name, nothing short of a clinical performance this from the Raiders.
Well, from the Raiders point of view, they were in the game only for small portion of it, they had Snorkelers in trouble earlier but once they let Bootan and Hinds off the hook, they were always catching up and in the run chase, their batters didn't turn up at all. Some late blows from Duncan, but the damage was done very early in the innings.
