End of the innings!
Perth Scorchers close on 126/10. Sydney Sixers need 127 runs in 120 balls at 6.35 runs/over!
Beth Mooney 44 (37) | Ashleigh Gardner (4/21)
This innings was as much about Mooney and Gardner as it was about the Scorchers and the Sixers. Mooney lost her partner to Gardner in the powerplay but then got stuck in, building an 85-run partnership with Halliday on running between the wickets, two drops and the occasional, excellently-timed boundary.
She even went past 5,000 WBBL runs in the process. Till the 12th over mark, everything was hunky dory for the Scorchers. But then came Gardner again, bowling her second over, and took out Halliday to open floodgates. From 95/1, the Scorchers capitulated to 126 all-out, in less than eight overs.
Gardner took two more, with the first being her 100th wicket of WBBL, matching Mooney perfectly for the milestone. Mooney was taken out by the 15-year-old Bray, who also affected a brilliant run-out before Sippel and Kerr ran through the lower-order. This should be an interesting chase. Stay tuned!
19.2 Courtney Sippel to Amy Edgar, OUT! Again, pace-off, full, outside off. The batter reaches for it and ends up spooning it towards the fielder at point. Bray leaps up with outstretched arms to catch that one.

19.1 Courtney Sippel to Amy Edgar, pace-off, full, outside off. The batter moves her front leg out of the way and looks to drag it towards the on-side. Ends up hitting it back to the bowler.
One of those days for Kerr where she didn't look at his best and still managed to get two! Anyway, here comes the last over...
