20:32 Local Time (15:02 IST): There you go, the inevitable has happened, the match has been called off due to rain. It was always a matter of when rather than if with the relentless rain falling all over Sydney. There is a lot more rain on the radar and the umpires felt that should be enough to pull down the curtains. It was a tasty affair lined up with the top spot on the table in the offering for both the teams but the weather has played spoilsport and the points have been split.
