It looks very similar to the one we played a few days ago. The situation is similar to game number one. It looks very dry but the first few overs will be challenging. We saw what they are capable of at the back end of the innings. The average score here is 182. South Africa will look to get to that score or even try and get closer to 200 to challenge West Indies. All in all a very good cricket surface. The groundsmen have done a fantastic job. Well firstly with the series sealed up it was important to give other guys the opportunity. The batting has been the highlight for West Indies. It's exciting to see these guys come through and happy to see them given an opportunity. Hard lengths and floating the ball up there. Changing the pace might help the bowlers find some respite.

Commentary

Rovman Powell and Roston Chase collect the trophy. The players pose in unison. South Africa suffered a heartbreaking defeat against India in the T20 World Cup final, and now, they were thrashed 3-0 by West Indies. Nothing is going right for them. They knocked West Indies out of the tournament in the World Cup and the hosts can't ask for a better revenge than this.

So what's next? CPL duties awaits the West Indies players and they will be busy playing it for more than a month, while South Africa have an interesting series coming up against Afghanistan in the mid-September. Roston Chase (West Indies Captain) - It was a good one and we want to win the 3-0. In the team meeting, we spoke exactly the same and happy to deliver it. The powerplay was good with the ball and the boys did really well even though there is rain delay. In a shortened game, you want the guys to play a natural game, Want to capitalise the powerplay and the guys played fearless

Shai Hope (Player of the Series) - Just trusting my game and I plan well. The support staff are backing me and it worked well. (On Athanaze) Love to see him and I enjoy batting with him. I think we are playing good cricket. Tournament cricket is different to series cricket. There is no second chance there, so have to play our best cricket whenever we step into the field

Aiden Markram (South Africa captain): Yeah tough one today. Stop start with the rain hurt as. Conditions changed throughout the day. Got the tougher of the conditions but West Indies were far better. It will take a little bit of time. Series like this will count in the future. We will try to plan better but there is a lot we can take from this series. We should look for the brighter future and keep improving our game. There has been a lot of buzz on Kwena. Jason Smith has been working for plenty of years and nice he got some game time today.

Romario Shepherd is the Player of the Match, here is what he had to say: I think it's just about sticking to the process. It didn't work out first game. But it's all about ball by ball battle. Today was quite difficult because it was a wet ball. I stuck with change of pace as pace on were going for runs. I am seventy percent there. You are never hundred percent in T20s. Massive credit to Tristan for the way he played in the series. Well after the World Cup, we were down and to come here and win the series is a great achievement for us.

West Indies complete the clean sweep. They were so dominant against the Proteas in their backyard, winning six consecutive matches in the bilateral series. South Africa, despite a slow start, produced a fighting total, all thanks to a highly entertaining knock from Tristan Stubbs but the bowlers didn't deliver their goods against this power-house West Indies batting order

Fortuin removed Athanaze but their smile lasted only for a few minutes as Pooran dismantled their attack with some humongous strikes. He struck the biggest six of the night at 108m and kept going berserk in every over. Baartman got the beating but removed him with a slow delivery into the surface

After Pooran's wicket, Hope slowed down and struggled to score boundaries, while Hetmyer took a bit of time to get going. South African pacers looked good in that passage of play but couldn't control the proceedings for too long. Hetmyer shifted gears and struck the ball hard and Hope joined the act before finishing the formalities in style

9.2 Patrick Kruger to Shai Hope, SIX! That is game set and match for West Indies as they complete a clean sweep on South Africa. Pace-off fuller-length delivery well outside off, Hope with a big stride forward and carves it away over the deep cover-point fielder for a maximum.
