The boundaries were even in the third T20I, but it's different in this game with new surface, one side is quite big compared to the other. First look on this surface, could've been left a bit more grass, not too much though. On a good length, it's very hard, it's not too damp and the bigger difference is the height of the bowlers. Bowlers like Muzarabani, Ngarava will make the difference. Bowlers like Tushar will look to bowl much fuller and will be effective.

This can be termed as a victory that defines Indian T20 cricket right now! There have been talks about what happens now that both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are done with their T20I cricket, but having followed how the likes of Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal batted today, it speaks a lot about how strong the bench strength is! Well, we have one more game to go in the series and it comes as fast as tomorrow. Will Zimbabwe be able to pick up a consolation win or will India, having won the series now, make changes to this playing XI? We'll find out tomorrow, when you join us for the coverage, friends. This is the pair of Pradeep and Bidipto taking your leave. Keep following Sportskeeda!
Shubman Gill (India captain): This was a fine, fine performance! We weren't all that good in the field, but in the other two departments, we were quite impressive! The batting effort by both Yashasvi Jaiswal and me was quite pleasing. Well I haven't had much of a chat about the team composition for tomorrow, but let's see if we have certain changes in place come the toss!
Yashasvi Jaiswal (Player of the Match, 93* off 53 balls): I enjoyed it out there today! There were plans I had for different bowlers, and played my shots. Early on it was coming on nicely, but later on it got slightly slower. But by and large it was a good wicket. I wanted to keep going for my shots, but then we had to understand the right deliveries to go after, and went about accordingly.
Sikandar Raza (Zimbabwe captain): The wicket was on the slower side at the start, it was a bit damp, we made our plan and thought 160 was par, but the way they batted, even 180 wouldn't have been enough. Bowling could've come to the party with the fielding, in short of space we can be a competitive team. The last two overs when they bowled, even though the last five overs went for 50 plus, we could've got eight more run there, the wicket didn't allow us, there was still a kick on. We can dissect the game anyway we want, they batted really well and outplayed us completely. The wicket is slightly on the slower side, I thought the heavy roller did the trick for them, initially thought it would be flat, but thought it would get slower but it became an easy wicket. Hopefully better performance, all three departments firing and we can finish the series on a high with a win.
Khaleel Ahmed (India): To be honest, I'm very happy with my performance. I have found the rhythm with the conditions that's on offer. The series is everything for me, happy to be part of the dressing room and also performing for India is a different feeling. Nothing like that, we all play together. Responsibility is understood, have to give the team a good start. In the World Cup I was in reserve, I was working on variations, like Yorkers and stuffs, happy with it now.
This has been an outstanding victory for India, given the manner in which they have done it! Yes it was a good wicket to bat on, yes the score to chase down wasn't daunting, but both opening batters played in majestic fashion, giving the hosts no chance whatsoever!
Right from the very first over, the intent was clear from India. They wanted to take the bowling on and get this over and done with as quickly as possible!
Yashasvi Jaiswal smashed 93 runs at a strike rate of 175.47 while his captain, Shubman Gill scored an impressive 39-ball 58! Be it spin or seam, be it off-side or on-side, be it to the longer side or the shorter one, both of them were simply breathtaking in their stroke-play today.
Zimbabwe tried their level best to stem the flow of runs and pick up a wicket to break the partnership, but they just happened to run into a runaway train today!
So, with this comprehensive win, India triumph over Zimbabwe in this series with a game to go. What this does, is gives the opportunity to test the bench strength even more, now that the series is in the pocket.
A thumping, 10-wicket victory here for India! Both batters just dominated the Zimbabwe bowling today!
15.2 Blessing Muzarabani to Yashasvi Jaiswal, FOUR! INDIA THUMP ZIMBABWE AND TAKE THE SERIES, 3-1! India hand an absolutely thrashing to the hosts and win the series by coming back from 0-1 down. This has been a clinical win of the highest order from India as they win the game by 10 wickets. Short into the batter, Jaiswal imperiously pulled it past mid-wicket, that runs away to find the ropes and seal the deal.
15.1 Blessing Muzarabani to Shubman Gill, short into the batter, Gill on top of the bounce, pulled it past backward square-leg for just one. Scores are level now!
Blessing Muzarabani [3.0-0-20-0] comes back into the attack.
Check out this magnificent direct-hit that picks up a wicket! Ravi Bishnoi the fielder here, and what an effort it was!
