If neutrals were following this, they would be disappointed as there was hardly a contest in the second innings! Zurich Nomads CC annihilated the home team within 6 overs to make the Qualifier later in the day.
Faheem Nazir and Hassan Ahmad put together 83 for the 1st wicket in 4 overs and took the game away from St Gallen CC right there! While Hassan was dismissed for 30 off 11 balls, Nazir remained unbeaten on 62 off only 21 deliveries. Qateel Zabiullah stayed not out on 12, striking at 240.
The bowling and fielding from St Gallen CC were all over the place. They could not quite execute plans and were put to the sword every almost every time. There were 11 extras given away as well.
