The wideout played for the Washington State Cougars (2023-24) and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Rebels (2020-22) during his collegiate tenure. In 2020, he received the MW Freshman of the Year award. Among the 329 players at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, Williams ranked 13th on the WR list.
