The NFL Draft or an Annual Player Selection Meeting happening in April every year is a stage where dreams become reality for over 250 college athletes out of thousands who have declared for the NFL Draft. This 3-day event usually takes place from Thursday to Saturday at the end of April. However, the preparation for the NFL Draft begins way early for the NFL teams. Before the NFL Draft takes place, events like the NFL Scouting Combine and Pro Day of different colleges are held where scouts of all 32 franchises analyze different prospects before selecting one on the draft night.
Every year, the NFL Draft happens in a different city. From 1965 to 2014, New York was hosting the NFL Draft. However, after that, it was decided to keep the cities in rotation.
