Professional Wrestling Career

Independent Circuit (1996-2013)

In 1996, Pearce began his professional wrestling career on the independent circuit. Later, he joined WWF and worked as an enhancement talent. After leaving WWF, he returned to the independent circuit. The highlight of Pearce's career was his work with ROH and NWA. Peace has won several championships on the independent circuit before re-signing with WWE.

WWE (2013-Present)

In 2013, Peace returned to WWE as a special coach and trainer. In 2015, he signed with WWE and worked for NXT as a producer. After years of working as a coach, producer, and trainer, they moved him to the main roster. In 2020, he became an on-screen personality and adopted the role of a Director of Live Events. He was last seen on SmackDown.
