Professional Wrestling Career
Independent Circuit (2018 - 2020)
Anna Jay started her professional wrestling training in July 2018 at One Fall Power Factory. She soon suffered a shoulder injury while training and was out of action until September 2019 as a result of surgery and recovery. In September 2019, Anna Jay made her professional wrestling debut at The Battle of Altama charity event hosted by Glacier. At the Georgia Premier Wrestling event, Jay challenged Thunder Blonde in a Hair vs Hair match, where Jay was victorious.
All Elite Wrestling (2020 - 2023*)
Anna Jay made her AEW debut in April 2020 on an episode of Dynamite in a one on one match against Hikaru Shida, where she was defeated. In June, she was backed up by The Dark Order by saving her from Abandon backstage. Anna Jay and Tay Conti (Tay Melo) joined hands and participated in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament: The Deadly Draw, where they lost to Ivelisse and Diamante in the semifinals. She was inducted into The Dark Order Stable and became the official member of the stable. She had a couple of attempts to capture the AEW Women’s World Champion, but was unsuccessful. Jay then suffered a shoulder injury and underwent surgery, which set her away from television for months. She then returned in September 2021 on an episode of Dynamite, to save Tay Conti from Ford and The Bunny in a post match attack. This led to a long term feud with them and it finally ended when Jay and Cordi defeated Ford and The Bunny in a Street Fight at Rampage.
Jay competed in the TBS Women’s Championship Tournament, but was eliminated in the very first round by Jamie Hayter. After ending her feud with Ford and The Bunny, she had a couple of pursuits to win the AEW TBS Championship by challenging Jage Cargill, but was unsuccessful.
Heel Turn
At Fyter Fest NIght 2, Jay attacked Ruby Soho and established herself as a heel. She changed her gimmick in the process by threatening people to be choked. She then changed her name to Anna Jay A.S. representing her real name and her new stable. Jay and Melo continued their feud with Soho until January 2023, where Soho and Willow Nightingale defeated Jay and Melo in a street fight on an episode of Rampage.
Jay was away from television for a couple of months and returned in March 2023, by attacking Julia Hart. They had a match two weeks later, where Hart won by spraying a black mist on the eyes of Jay. They again had a rematch, where Jay was defeated again. Jay then competed in the Owen Hart Women’s Tournament but was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Skye Blue.
