Her educational background includes attending Woodcreek High School and Sacramento State. Brinley Reece's journey to NXT wasn't by chance. In July 2022, during SummerSlam weekend in Nashville, Tennessee, she was among a select group of fourteen invited to a WWE tryout. She, along with eight other women, was offered contracts by Triple H himself, who also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the WWE. Her commitment continued in November 2022, when she officially joined the Fall Rookie Class and began training at the renowned WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida with other professional wrestling trainees.

Brinley Reece's in-ring debut on NXT television came with a touch of unexpected opportunity. In October 2023, she stepped in to replace Jakara Jackson, who was medically unable to compete, in the first round of the Women's NXT Breakout Tournament. This baptism by fire saw Reece take on Arianna Grace. The match didn't go her way, with Grace resorting to illegal tactics to secure the win.

Building on her debut, Brinley Reece continued to make strides in NXT. The January 16th, 2024 edition saw her participate in a 20-woman battle royal with a high-stakes prize: a number one contender's spot for the NXT Women's Championship at Vengeance Day. Ultimate victory eluded her, with Roxanne Perez emerging triumphant.
