CaÃn Ramirez Velasquez is an American professional wrestler and retired mixed martial artist signed with AAA. He is a former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion.
Professional Wrestling Career
AAA (2019)
In March, Velasquez signed a multi-match contract with AAA. At TriplemanÃa XXVII, made his debut in a six-man tag team match. He teamed up with Psycho Clown and Cody Rhodes and won the match. Velasques had another tag team match at Lucha Invades NY before leaving the company.
WWE (2019-2020)
In October, Velasquez made his debut on SmackDown to help Rey Mysterio. At Crown Jewel, he faced Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship and lost. In 2020, they released Velasquez due to budget cuts from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Return to AAA (2021-Present)
In October, Velasquez's return was announced. He teamed up with Psycho Clown and Pagano and defeated L.A. Park and Los Mercenarios.
