Alba Fyre: A Brief Biography

Alba Fyre previously known as Kay Lee Ray is a Scottish professional wrestler currently signed to WWE. She is currently assigned to NXT. She is the longest-reigning NXT UK Women's Champion.

Professional Wrestling Career


Independent Circuit (2009-2019)


In 2009, Rae made her wrestling debut at Battlezone. Rae spent the next decade performing on several independent promotions such as NWA, Insane Championship Wrestling, TNA, WCPW, and WOS. She won the ICW Women's Championship on three separate occasions.

WWE (2019-Present)


Before signing with the company, she competed at the inaugural Mae Young Classic where she lost in the first round. In 2019, she signed with the company and was assigned to NXT UK. At TakeOver Cardiff, she defeated Toni Storm and won the NXT UK Women's Championship. She defeated several superstars, such as Toni Storm, Piper Niven, Jinny, Xia Brookside, and Meiko Satomura during her iconic title reign.


In 2019, she joined Team Shayna and lost to Team Ripley at TakeOver WarGames. In 2021, she lost the title to Meiko Satomura after 650 days as champion. In August, she moved to NXT from NXT UK. At WarGames, she joined Team Gonzalez and defeated Team Rose. She was last seen facing Ivy Nile on NXT.
