Ridge Holland: A Brief Biography

Luke Menzies is an English professional wrestler signed with WWE. He is best known for his work as Ridge Holland. He is a former 3CW Champion.

Professional Wrestling Career

WWE (2018-Present)

After retiring from football, Menzies spent two years on the independent circuit before signing with WWE. In 2018, Menzies signed with WWE and began working with NXT. After signing with WWE, they changed his name to Ridge Holland. In 2020, he was heavily featured on NXT. At TakeOver 31, he attacked Adam Cole and displayed it to the rest of The Undisputed Era. In October, he was injured during a match that took him out for nine months.

In 2021, he returned to NXT and aligned himself with Pete Dunne, Oney Lorcan, and Danny Burch. In October, he wrestled his final match for NXT against Kyle O'Rilley and Von Wagner. In November, he began working with Sheamus and feuded with Cesaro. At Day 1, Holland and Sheamus defeated Cesaro and Ricochet. Holland was last seen on SmackDown. At WrestleMania 38, Kingston and Woods lost to Sheamus and Ridge Holland.
