Torrie Anne Wilson is an American model, fitness competitor, blogger, and professional wrestler. She is best known for her work with WWE and is a Hall of Famer.
Professional Wrestling Career
WCW (1999-2000)
Before working with WWF, Wilson was working in WCW. She was involved in a storyline between Ric and David Flair. At Fall Brawl, Shane Douglas and Torrie Wilson defeated Kidman & Madusa. After the storyline, she was involved in various tag team matches before the company merged with WWF.
WWF/E (2000-2008)
During the Invasion storyline, Wilson made her WWF debut as a heel. She along with Stacy Keibler, were used in flirtatious matches such as on a pole match, gown matches, bra and panties match, and bikini contest during their early years. They used Wilson as a romantic character in several storylines. In 2002, she began her rivalry with Dawn Marie.
The storyline progressed as Dawn Marie married Wilson's father to agitate her. The rivalry concluded when Torrie Wilson defeated Dawn Marie at Royal Rumble. In 2003, she was featured on the cover of Playboy, which began her rivalry with Sable.
The storyline continued with the involvement of Miss Jackie and Stacy Keibler. At WrestleMania XX, Sable and Torrie Wilson defeated Jackie and Keibler in a gown match. The feud with Sable ended when she lost at The Great American Bash. Wilson spent the rest of her remaining years switching brands, having flirtatious matches, and having romantic angles with the likes of Jimmy Yang Wang and Carlito before retiring in 2008.
Sporadic Appearances (2009-Present)
Wilson made several sporadic appearances on RAW, SmackDown, SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania. In 2018, she entered the inaugural Women's Royal Rumble. In 2019, she was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Stacy Keibler.
