Ugo Humbert turned professional in 2016. The Frenchman is ranked No. 17 as of August 2024 and achieved a career-high ranking of No. 13 in April 2024. With his exemplary performance, he has won six ATP singles titles to date, including the 2024 Dubai Tennis Championships and the 2024 Open 13 Provence. He reached his first Masters 1000 quarterfinal of the season at the 2024 Monte Carlo Masters.

Humbert is the third man in the Open Era after Martin Klizan and Ernests Gulbis to win the first six ATP titles out of six finals. Ugo Humbert was born in Metz, France, on June 26, 1998. He started playing tennis when he was five years old. He developed an interest in tennis after watching his father play the sport. Growing up, he idolized former champion Roger Federer. In his spare time, Humbert loves to play football and support the famous team FC Metz.
