Front Row Motorsports was ranked 8th in the list of top teams in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2020, according to its net worth by Forbes. Forbes claimed that the net worth of the team in 2020 was nearly $30 million and it generated a revenue of $25 million. The team has been a part of the NASCAR Cup Series, ever since its debut in the 2004 season and in the Craftsman Truck Series since the 2020 season. Front Row Motorsports is jointly owned by Bob and Brad Jenkins.
The team started off as Means-Jenkins Motorsports running a part-time NASCAR Cup Series schedule in 2004. The initial partnership between Bob Jenkins and Jimmy Means was the foundation of the team. However in 2005, Jenkins took complete ownership of the team. Front Row Motorsports is known as a small budget team in the NASCAR Cup Series. It often works with a small group of employees and technical alliances with other bigger Ford teams. Front Row Motorsports were in a technical alliance with Roush Fenway Keselowski racing until the 2023 season. The team switched to Team Penske, in alliance with the 2024 Cup Series season. Front Row Motorsports received equipment from RFK Racing from the 2010 season. They claimed the assets of BK Racing after the team was auctioned off in 2018.

Front Row Motorsports started off as a joint venture between Bob Jenkins and Jimmy Means, but around 2005, Bob assumed full ownership of the team. Robert “Bob” Jenkins who is a resident of Dandrige, Tennessee, is a successful entrepreneur and is closely connected to Yum! Brands family of restaurants. He has more than 250 franchises of brands like KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silver's, and A&W. He is also the owner of Morristown Driver's Services, a logistics service company.
Jenkins started off in NASCAR as a sponsor for Brad Teague in the NASCAR Busch Series. The team was owned by Jimmy Means. Bob Jenkins then partnered with Means in 2004 to launch his own NASCAR Cup Series team. He set his headquarters in the shops which previously held MDM Motorsports and Ranier Racing headquarters.

Travis Peterson
Travis Peterson is the crew chief of the no.34 car. He is a native of Huntersville, North Carolina in the United States. Peterson completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina. He graduated in 2012 and immediately joined JR Motorsports as a Race Engineer for two years. Peterson continued to work with JR Motorsports until 2014, when he switched to Hendrick Motorsports as a race engineer. He spent another 4 years with Hendrick Motorsports and later on with Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing as a race engineer, before joining Front Row Motorsports as a Crew Chief in 2022.
