The new dark turn on the Peacock soap opera Days of Our Lives has left the fans of the show worried about the fate of the characters in Salem. With the recent return of soap’s long-time villains Clyde Weston (played by James Read) and Vivian Alamain (played by Louise Sorel) characters including Chad DiMera, Gabi Hernandez, and Stefan DiMera are left struggling with new problems in their lives.
The recent episode of Days of Our Lives aired on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, has left fans wondering why these villains have a never-ending storyline that aims at harming the people of the town. Following this thought, a fan and Facebook user Roxanne J. Dance, posted in the Facebook group named, "Days of our lives Official", asking if it is just them or if the other viewers are also done watching Clyde and Vivian.

In the November 6, 2024, episode of Days of Our Lives, the viewers witnessed intense drama with big conflicts and unexpected twists. EJ DiMera talked to Chad DiMera, who was grappling with the grief of losing Abigail all over again. Their conversation was interrupted by a loud noise in the DiMera house, following which EJ went to check it out.
Ivan Marais, who was operating under Vivian Alamain's instructions, moved quietly around the mansion. He hid when Gabi Hernandez arrived, delaying his detection. Gabi refused to sign her divorce papers and talked to EJ before going upstairs to find Stefan.
Meanwhile, Ivan made a fake note that made it look like Stefan left as a response to betrayal. Gabi found the note and showed it to EJ. She read Stefan's harsh farewell note, which made it seem like he didn't care about EJ or Gabi anymore. Gabi was heartbroken and signed the divorce papers, thinking Stefan had moved on. Because of Clyde’s tricks, Chad asks EJ to let Cat out of jail. All these things happening in one day made it clear that Clyde was planning something big, keeping everyone in Salem on edge.
