2026 class four-star OT Zaden Krempin confirms receiving offer from Jedd Fisch's Washington
Four-star offensive tackle Zaden Krempin from Prosper High School in Texas remains hot in the 2026 recruitment class and has received more than three dozen scholarship offers till now. In July alone, he gained offers from the San Diego State Aztecs, UTEP Miners, Arizona State Sun Devils and Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Krempin kicked off September with an offer from coach Jedd Fisch's Washington for the 2026 class. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound prospect became the 13th Texan to receive an offer from the program, joining offensive tackle Bryce Gilmore.
On Tuesday, Zaden Krempin expressed his enthusiasm for the offer in a post on X, thanking Josh Omura, Washington’s director of recruiting.
"Thank you @CoachOmura for the offer to play for the University of Washington. @UW_Football @CoachSteamroll @Coach_Moore5 @Coach_Hill2 @RivalsFriedman @adamgorney," Krempin wrote.
Washington holds two commitments in the 2026 class: running back Ansu Sanoe and kicker CJ Wallace, who made their pledge in April.
The Huskies are also actively scouting for more prospects, as proved by their Week 1 game against Weber State on Aug. 31. During the matchup, which Washington won 35-3, several prospects from 2025, 2026 and 2027 classes were in attendance.
The players include edge rusher Derek Colman-Brusa, offensive tackle Lowen Colman-Brusa, linebacker Jonathan Epperson, offensive tackle Gecova Doyal and wide receiver Terrance Saryon.
Zaden Krempin shares his offseason activities to refine his skills
This offseason, Zaden Krempin focused on the finer details that separate good players from great ones. He paid special attention to ankle mobility, core strength and grip strength, along with overall recovery. To fuel his body properly, he consistently ate prepped meals throughout the day.
"I’ve realized that the details matter especially when you play on the offensive line," Krempin told SI. "Technically, I’ve been working on better hand placement in pass pro and my run blocking.”
Krempin is ranked by On3 Industry Ranking as the No. 158 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 14 offensive tackle in the 2026 class and the No. 18 recruit in Texas. Besides football, he also competes in track and field. His hard work has not only improved his technical abilities but has also reinforced his playing style.
“I would describe my play as physical and relentless,” Krempin said. “I take a lot of pride in being in good shape so I can outlast the defense. I play through the whistle on every snap which frustrates guys and I like that.
Last month, Zaden Krempin was in College Station to watch Texas A&M face Notre Dame, which the Aggies lost 23-13. This month, he is set to visit Michigan for the Wolverines' matchup against USC on Sept. 21.
