"It's SFG versus everybody" — LeBron James' son Bryce James talks about his team's inspiration at Peach Jam

As a 17-year-old, Bryce is feeling the weight of expectations but continues to showcase his talents on the court. He was featured in the latest episode of "Top Class Hoops," which aired on LeBron’s UNINTERRUPTED YouTube channel.

They be give handing out text left and right so you know, it's, it just comes with the SFG on our chest. So yeah, that's pretty much it. This is gonna be a revenge game for sure."
Reflecting on the loss they faced and the intensity that they want to replicate, Bryce added:
"You know, they, they beat us. They ain't beat us bad but we ain't do pretty. We ain't do well. So you know, this game gonna be on revenge game. We gonna get back. So everybody on the team, everybody on their roster, you're going to everybody. The kind of energy is saved."

Bryce James draws inspiration from brother Bronny's journey to the NBA
Bryce James has long admired his older brother Bronny. After enduring several setbacks, Bronny is now preparing to join their father, LeBron James, on the Lakers. Bryce calls the achievement a "dream come true" for their family. Reflecting on Bronny’s journey during an interview at the Peach Jam Tournament, Bryce shared his excitement:
“It’s a great feeling, just knowing that my brother — the journey that he has had, just came that far from the cardiac arrest, to all the difficulties that he has had in his career in college. You know, it’s amazing to see him playing with dad.”
In July 2023, Bronny suffered a cardiac arrest and was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition. This sidelined him for months. Despite these obstacles, Bronny's persistence has inspired Bryce, who said:
“I’ve always looked at him. Of course, he is my big brother. It was definitely a great experience just seeing how far he has come, like the journey that he had to go through"
Playing for the USC Trojans, Bronny recorded 5.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
