The duo scored 35 of the team's 53 points, with Jackson recording a game-high 20 points and nine rebounds to win the Player of the Game, while Fleary scored 15 points. The loss against Sidwell Friends ended Archbishop Mitty's three-game winning streak and put them at 12-2.

Jackson also represented Team USA in the 2023 USA Women's U16 National Team in Merida, Mexico, leading them to a gold medal while averaging 6.2 points and 3.5 rebounds as the team was unbeaten. One of her best performances was against the hosts when she scored a game-high-tying 17 points on Jun. 15.

Jackson was named to the U16 national team just after 10 days of training camp in Colorado Springs on Jun. 4, 2023, and attended the inaugural USA Basketball Women’s Junior National Team April minicamp in Dallas.

Last year, Jackson was named as a finalist for the 2024 USA Women's U17 National Team and attended the women’s junior national team minicamp in Portland, Oregon.

Jordyn Jackson on the game against Archbishop

After the victory, Jordyn Jackson spoke about the game, commending the team's hard work.

“I saw our team working hard,” Jackson said. “It was a challenging game because we ran deep into our bench. So, playing against a premier team like Archbishop Mitty had us push deep to earn this result.”

She also talked about her chemistry with Autumn Fleary.

“Autumn and I have a great connection together,” Jackson said. “We’ve played together through AAU. So, coming into the school year, we already had a chemistry built together. And our will to win is the glue that brings us to play so well together.”

The 2026 class recruits still have another year before deciding on their collegiate career.
