"I’m going to take as many medals as I can"- Noah Lyles declares as days fast approach to Paris Olympic Games
Following his dominant victory at the Diamond League Meeting in London, Noah Lyles is ready to shut down the Stade de France with his display.
Lyles noted that things are aligning and he is ready to win as many gold medals as he can.
"The pieces are definitely coming together and the wind was even against me today, so if we are running this fast against the wind, I’m ready for it," Noah Lyles told the media.
"I’m so excited, I’m ready to run rounds going back-to-back and, you know, I just ran one round out there and I felt like ‘Alright, let’s get to the next one, where’s the next one'. The lane in the final at the Olympics is definitely different, you go there with a different mindset. I’m going to take as many medals as I can if that opportunity arises," he added.
Meanwhile, Lyles has expressed interest in going for a quadruple at the Olympic Games. He has since qualified for the 100m, 200m, and men’s 4x100m relay at the Olympic Games but has yet to make the team in the men’s 4x400m relay.

At the Olympic Games, Lyles will be in the company of Fred Kerley and Kenny Bednarek in the 100m, while in the 200m, he will be joined by Bednarek and Erriyon Knighton.
