"Incredibly obsessed" - Suni Lee, Aleah Finnegan and more gush over Skye Blakely's Nike photoshoot
Skye Blakely turned heads during a recent photo shoot with Nike as the gymnast endorsed the brand's latest makeup collection in collaboration with British artist Isamaya French. The world champion received the highest praise from her fellow gymnasts afterward, including Suni Lee and Aleah Finnegan.
Blakely stunned in Nike's athletic wear while doing her makeup on the balance beam. It was her first collaboration with the brand and the 19-year-old couldn't contain her happiness, writing:
"The perfect balance between beauty and sport. It is an honor to be a part of this stunning collection by @nike and @isamayaffrench. I love any chance to express beauty through my sport and empower women. So blessed for this opportunity to work on my first campaign with Nike!🫶🏽 @nikewomen."
The 2022 World Champion left her fellow gymnasts in awe with LSU's Aleah Finnegan announcing she was obsessed with her photoshoot.
"I'm incredibly obsessed," she commented.
Suni Lee was equally obsessed, writing:
"This ATEEE"
Kayla Dicello, who suffered a similar heartbreaking end to her Paris Olympics dreams as Blakely, also gushed over her photoshoot.
"This is so good," she commented.
Paris Olympics gold medalist Hezly Rivera reacted with a couple of emojis, posting:

"Definitely a big goal" - Skye Blakely sets sights on LA 2028 Olympics
Skye Blakely was one of the frontrunners to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics alongside Simone Biles and Suni Lee. The two-time world champion had finished runner-up behind Biles at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships and a few days before the Olympic Trials, she tore her Achilles tendon during the official practice.
While USA Gymnastics nonetheless dominated in Paris, Blakely is now targeting redemption at the 2028 LA Olympics. Speaking in an interview with Frisco Style, she said about her plans to compete in the home Games:
“I think so. It’s definitely a big goal of mine now that I get to work toward."
The 19-year-old has also enrolled with Florida Gators and hopes to compete in both collegiate and elite gymnastics with the help of experienced coaches Jenny Rowland and Owen Field, who guided Leanne Wong to a Paris Olympics alternate position.
“Knowing that I have coaches who have done that before and can balance both, that also helps me,” Skye Blakely added.
Blakely signed with the Gators in 2022 but deferred her enrollment to prepare for the Paris Olympics. After recovering from her Olympic trials injury, she has been training with the Gators' women's gymnastics team and is enrolled as a freshman on the 2025 roster.
