Lexi Rodriguez makes her feelings known as Harper Murray reminisces about Nebraska's volleyball campaign after NCAA Final Four exit
Outgoing Nebraska Cornhuskers women's volleyball player Lexi Rodriguez reacted to her sophomore teammate, Harper Murray's post. This comes just a few days after the Huskers' NCAA final four loss against Penn State.
Murray played a pivotal role in the contest, scoring 20 kills and 15 digs. However, she couldn't get her team home as Penn State took victory 3-2 and eventually went on to win its eighth NCAA Championship.
As Nebraska's campaign ended, Murray took to her Instagram handle to share a few glimpses from her team's journey. Her post featured several Nebraska players including Rodriguez, Bergen Reilly, and Lindsay Krause.

Reacting to this, Rodriguez agreed with her junior's stance and left a sweet comment under the post.
"me too harpy," Rodriguez wrote.
Harper Murray and Lexi Rodriguez have been crucial parts of the Nebraska program in the offensive and defensive roles, respectively. In her two seasons, Murray has accumulated a total of 802 kills and 545 digs.
Rodriguez, on the other hand is, one of the most successful Liberos for the program with 1897 digs. For their performances, they also made it to the AVCA West regional team together for the 2024 season.

Lexi Rodriguez opened up about the unique feature of the Nebraska Cornhuskers women's volleyball program.
Rodriguez stated that every member of the Nebraska program has an 'amazing' nature and has played a crucial part ever since she stepped into this college arena. She also mentioned that this sort of support is difficult to find in any other program or University. She said (via Sports Illustrated):
"Every single person (that’s) a part of this program is just truly amazing people. They really changed my life. They just believed in me, every single person, every single day, from the moment I stepped on campus. You can’t find that anywhere. You truly can’t."
She further added:
"I’m just so grateful for every one. And I’ll say it for my entire life that this program was truly the best thing that ever happened to me."
Lexi Rodriguez spent all four University years at Nebraska and was also the team co-captain along with outside hitter, Merritt Beason.
