Paris Olympics 2024 Day 4: Medal Events for Team USA on 30 July ft. Women’s gymnastics team, Regan Smith

Day 3 of the Paris Olympics 2024 saw the United States excel in multiple sports, including swimming, gymnastics, fencing, and skateboarding, among others. The USA athletes earned eight additional medals, taking their total to 20.

Out of these eight new medals, two were silver, and six were bronze. Despite their efforts, no gold medals were claimed. Key contributors to this haul included the men's artistic gymnastics team, swimmers Katie Grimes, Ryan Murphy, Luke Hobson, and Emma Weyant, skateboarders Jagger Eaton and Nyjah Huston, and fencer Nick Itkin.

The United States athletes will look to continue their medal-winning show at the 2024 Paris Olympics as more medals are up for grabs on July 30 (Day 4). One of the top events to watch out for is the women’s gymnastics all-around team event, featuring the likes of Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, and Jade Carey.

A few other athletes who could contribute to the USA's medal tally at the Paris Olympics include prominent names such as Regan Smith, Bobby Finke, Caroline Marks, and Carissa Moore.
