What's next for Simone Biles after winning three gold medals at Paris Olympics? All about American gymnast's upcoming events

Simone Biles scripted a historic Olympic comeback at the Paris Olympics 2024, winning a staggering four medals to take her tally to eleven Olympic medals. The 27-year-old won three gold medals in vault, all-around, and team competitions and settled for a silver behind Rebeca Andrade in floor exercise.

With the end of the Paris Olympics, Biles' 2024 gymnastics season also came to an end. Although there will be some gymnastics meets taking place around the world, she and most of the other American gymnasts typically end their season after the Olympic Games or World Championships.

However, Biles will be seen in action during the 2024 Gold Over America Tour or Athleta Presents Gold Over America Tour. The tour starts on September 16 at the Frontwave Arena in Oceanside before culminating at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on November 3.

The tour started in 2021 following the Tokyo Olympics and showcases a mix of gymnastics prowess and high-energy choreography. Simone Biles played a massive role in the promotion and organization of the event in 2021 and is leading the cast in 2024, which includes men for the first time as well.

Biles is expected to be seen in gymnastics arenas only in the 2025 season. She would likely kick off her season at the U.S. Classic before going for another slice of history at the 2025 World Championships in Indonesia.

After winning the gold medal in the all-around competition at the Paris Olympics, Simone Biles claimed that she was ‘tired’ of competing against Rebeca Andrade, who beat her in the first two rotations.

"I don't want to compete with Rebeca no more. I'm tired. She's way too close. I've never had an athlete that close, so it definitely put me on my toes and it brought out the best athlete in myself. So I'm excited and proud to compete with her... but I'm getting uncomfortable guys. I don't like that feeling – I was STRESSED," she said in a press conference. (via Gymnastics NNo

The 27-year-old also added that she would let Andrade win all of the upcoming all-around titles.

"It's good. I'm gonna hand it to her now – she can have the rest," Biles added.

However, Rebeca Andrade, who is younger than Biles, has hinted at retirement. While there has been speculation around Biles’ retirement as well, she has expressed optimism about the L.A. 2028 Olympics.
