Noah Lyles has risen to become one of USA's most prominent sprinters. He is the defending world champion in both 100m and 200m events and will look to end USA's two-decade-old gold medal drought in the men's 100m event at the Paris Olympics in 2024.
At the Paris Olympics, Lyles will be competing in the men's 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay events. Noah Lyles will be in action from 3 August onwards when the preliminaries for the men's 100m take place.
If he qualifies, the 27-year-old will be in action on 4 August, when the semifinals and the finals for men's 100m will take place consecutively.
200m is Noah Lyles' favorite event. His personal best is just 0.01 seconds shy of Usain Bolt's long-standing Olympic record of 19.30 seconds.
