What happened on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 episode 22?
The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way viewers are aware of the ups and downs in Lily and Josh's relationship. In the previous episodes, they both have got into multiple arguments trying to resolve their issues. Lily told Josh about her expectations regarding their future and how she wanted him to take care of her.
In episode 22, Lily opened up about her feelings via a video call, she told Josh about the dream she had, stating she wanted a long-lasting relationship. Lily said:
"I need my husband to take care of me, love me. You want to leave me. I have a dream, we are hand in hand, growing old."
Josh got emotional, he expressed gratitude to Lily for being transparent about their struggles as they tried to figure out long distance. He reassured Lily that they both would make it to the end "hand in than" with better communication and trust.
The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way cast member said:
"Being with you makes me happy even if I'm not smiling. I don't want to be away from you. And I appreciate you opening up and telling me about how you feel. Because we need that communication. We got it, we can do it, I love you."
Later in the episode, other couples such as Joanne and Sean's relationship was also highlighted. Sean told the cameras that he was glad they both took a huge step together and were looking forward to their future.

"I'm glad it's over. It was very stressful. I genuinely forgot about her father when we were sitting on the couch until she brought that up. Jo has to tell her father that we got married. We have so much to discuss."
He later admitted that he was "super grateful" for this journey but he and Joanne still had a lot to figure out. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way cast member said:
"It's like we've come so far which is amazing, I'm super grateful for it, but we still have so many hurdles."
