Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 premiered exclusively on Bravo TV on October 7, 2024. This season includes crew members such as Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher and First Mate Gary King, alongside new cast mates Chef Cloyce Martin, Chief Engineer Davide Morosi, stews Diana Cruz and Danni Warren, and deckhands Keith Allen and Emma Crouch.
In the newly released November 24, 2024 episode 8, Chief Stew Daisy evaluated Danni and Diana's performance. She asked them to increase their speed and finish their tasks timely. While talking about the ups and downs the crew faced, Chief Stew Daisy stated that everyone should increase their speed and fulfill their respective duties on time. She stated that prioritizing finishing tasks on time was important. Daisy continued to say:
"Well, I'll go first, I think that was my favorite charter. I think it's important just, trying to be quicker like with decoration, I just feel like sometimes we're taking too long. And I know it's like oh we have two hours, but it'd rather be done quicker and then have time to chill. I just think it's less stressful for everybody involved. We're just always trying to be better."
Later in her confessional interview, Daisy hinted at the implications of what was said about Danni and Diana's work performance. She said:
