The YouTuber will reportedly remain in Western Australia until his next court hearing, which will take place on December 19, 2024.

The charges made against Yung Filly include four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of impeding a person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure on or to their neck (strangulation).
Supposedly, the police made the charges after they acquired CCTV footage and photos as "evidence."
The prosecutor has described the photos of the alleged victim following the supposed incident, which were given to the magistrate. Talking about the "violent acts" allegedly committed by the musician, the prosecutor said:
"Across her body is a history of violent acts, … we say those photos and what is alleged is beyond the pale, beyond what could be considered to be a consensual act."

Fans have been making note of certain moments from the podcast and speculating if a potential feud was brewing between the two before this current controversy took place.
