Asmongold shares picture of homemade meal days after starting a house cleanup

Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" recently took to X to share a picture of a seemingly homemade meal placed on a neatly arranged table. This comes days after the streamer vowed to clean up his house, which is popularly known online for being unkempt.

The streamer had claimed that he would take up the cleaning process as "penance" after recently making controversial comments regarding Palestinian individuals and the ongoing conflict in the region. Alongside the photo, Asmongold's X post included the following caption:

The photo within Asmongold's X post showcased several items placed on his table. These include a thin steak and a baked potato placed atop a paper plate. Further, some condiments are sitting next to the plate, including salt, black pepper, and a bottle of A1 steak sauce on the table. The food items are accompanied by a large cup of Coca-Cola on the side.

Before this, Zack made two separate posts showcasing his cleaning efforts around the house. One of them included a before and after photo of his kitchen sink, with him cleaning utensils in the process.

On the other side, he cleaned his living room as well and packed up extra items in boxes to give away as charity. These acts have been welcomed online by netizens who have praised him for making an effort to make a change in his living conditions.

Asmongold had come under fire from both netizens as well as content creators after claiming that he did not care about the "genocide" taking place in the region of Palestine as it was "baked into their laws". While labeling their culture as "inferior," he proceeded to call it "directly antithetical" to Western values.

As a result of the fallout due to his controversial take, including a temporary ban from Twitch on his second account, he has taken a step back from his leadership positions in both Starforge Systems and One True King (OTK).
