Former Kick streamer Ramsey "Johnny Somali," known for his notorious IRL (in real life) antics, has finally publicly apologized. The streamer is currently hosting his first-ever South Korean trip and has already been embroiled in several controversies. Reportedly, he is facing two charges of assault and drug use.
Recently, the streamer addressed his behavior to the public, apologizing for his antics in the country. Earlier, he had kissed the Statue of Peace, a monument dedicated to victims of sexual slavery during World War II. Speaking about his conduct, he said:
"To all the people in South Korea, I just wanna apologize for what I've done. I didn't wanna hurt you guy's pride this much. You guys are good people. And for the most part, other than Mr. Navy Seal here, I've had a great experience. It was not my intention to hurt you guys. I hope you guys can accept my apology. I'm a young person and I wanna grow as a man."
He had more to say about the Statue of Peace:
"I will no longer talk about your statue, or touch it ever again. I hope that I can live in peace in South Korea and we can get past this situation."
