Keemstar accuses Rosanna Pansino of lying for saying he has an undisclosed business partnership with MrBeast
Controversial internet personality Daniel "Keemstar" has called YouTuber Rosanna Pansino a liar for saying he has an undisclosed business partnership with Jimmy "MrBeast." Earlier, on October 30, 2024, Rosanna Pansino posted on X about the controversy surrounding leaked Telegram chat logs that showed alleged conversations between MrBeast and Ava Kris Tyson.
She also alleged that Keemstar was in business with MrBeast through an "undisclosed partnership":
"Side note, I've heard from multiple sources that Keemstar is in business with #MrBeast in an undisclosed partnership. Care to clear that up, Keem?"
Later, on November 5, 2024, the 39-year-old commented on Adam McIntyre's YouTube video, rosanna pansino CALLED OUT by keemstar, announcing that she would no longer interact with Keemstar or his associates.
Keemstar responded to Pansino's comment by accusing her of lying about his business dealings with the most subscribed YouTuber. According to him, the "truth" was that he did business with the management company that previously represented MrBeast.
Asserting that the business relationship took place "well over a year ago" before the recent controversies, the Drama Alert host tweeted:
"She lied and said I (have) business with MrBeast. The truth is I (had) business with the management company that (used) to represent MrBeast. MrBeast is no longer represented by that company. And it's not MrBeast company. This happened well over a year ago long before this drama. So she lied."
"His statement is very misleading" - Rosanna Pansino explains why she won't interact with Keemstar and his associates amid the recent MrBeast drama
In her YouTube comment, Rosanna Pansino said that she would no longer interact with Keemstar and his friends because the LolCow Live podcast host has been "blatantly lying."
While claiming that there are "much more credible sources" than Keemstar, Pansino had "one last thing" to say about the YouTube commentator:
"There are much more credible sources that I now listen to, even ones that disagree with me. I'm always open to criticism and am learning as I go. The last thing I'll say about Keemstar, is he admitted in his last video that he did indeed sell his company to MrBeasts management company (Night Media). This is a huge red flag to me. He defends this by saying 'MrBeast isn't even at that management company anymore!'"
She then stated that Keemstar's statements were "very misleading", because according to her, Night Media still owns "many parts" of MrBeast's business:
"His statement is very misleading because Night Media still has ownership in many parts of MrBeast's business, including his gaming and react channels, Feastables, and potentially more (from what I've heard). This is important because when you sell a business to another company, it is commonly included in the contract that you cannot disparage the company you sold to. Which means, Keemstar very well could be contractually obligated not to attack Night Media or any of their clients (which is a ton of top creators) in a way that could cause permanent damage to Night Media."
While referring to Keemstar and his associates as the "Gooner Gang", Rosanna Pansino claimed that the 42-year-old covering things about MrBeast or any talent associated with Night Media was a "conflict of interest":
"So, based on what I know about Keemstar, Night Media, and MrBeast, I am deciding to no longer interact with Keemstar or anyone in his Gooner Gang. I personally believe it's a conflict of interest for Keem to cover MrBeast or any talent represented by Night Media when he literally made millions from that relationship."
As of this writing, MrBeast has neither responded to Rosanna Pansino's allegations nor has he commented on his supposedly undisclosed business partnership with Keemstar.
