On November 13, 2024, Kai Cenat's friend, Dez, experienced a serious allergic reaction during the Twitch streamer's Mafiathon 2 subathon, causing a major scare for everyone in the house. During the broadcast, one of Cenat's friends rushed into his room (while the content creator was live) and asked him where the Benadryl was.
Benadryl is typically used to relieve allergy symptoms. After the friend ran out of the room, a concerned Cenat asked what was going on. The person responded by revealing that Dez had an allergic reaction and needed help.
