Dallas Wings vs Indiana Fever starting lineups and depth chart for September 15 | 2024 WNBA Season

The Indiana Fever will host the Dallas Wings at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Sunday night. With the WNBA playoffs just a week away, Indiana will be looking to fine-tune their offense as they prepare for their first postseason appearance since 2016.

The Wings (9-29) have struggled recently, losing seven straight games dating back to Sept 1. It is currently the longest losing streak in the WNBA. Perhaps more concerning is the team's away form. Dallas is currently on a 15-game winless run on the road. They will be desperate to break that streak in Indianapolis on Sunday.

The Fever (19-19) have looked significantly better in the second half of the season but are currently on a two-game losing streak after dropping back-to-back games against the Las Vegas Aces. Christie Sides knows her team will have to be better offensively if they hope to make an impact in the playoffs.

The Wings are coming off a slender two-point loss to the Seattle Storm. Head coach Latricia Trammell has rotated her starters quite a bit this season but will likely stick with the same starting five that began the last two games. Expect to see Jacy Sheldon, Arike Ogunbowale, Natasha Howard, Satou Sabally and Teaira McCowan take the court on Sunday.

Forward Awak Kuier, out for the season, is the only missing player for Dallas.

The Fever are looking to bounce back after losing three of their last four games. Christie Sides has been relatively consistent with her starting five over the season but guard Lexi Hull is beginning to see more time on the court and has started over the last few weeks.

Indiana should go with the same lineup that has started the last three games which includes: Caitlin Clark, Lexi Hull, Kelsey Mitchell, NaLyssa Smith and Aliyah Boston.

Indiana has no reported injuries coming into Sunday's matchup.

Despite her team's struggles this season, Arike Ogunbowale has been one of the few bright spots for the Dallas Wings. The talented guard ranks second in the WNBA with 22.1 points per game behind A'ja Wilson. She also leads the Wings roster in assists (5.1) and steals (2.2).

Rookie sensation Caitlin Clark has been the spark behind the Fever offense this season. The 22-year-old recently broke the WNBA assists record, overtaking Alyssa Thomas who set the previous record in 2023. She leads the WNBA with 8.3 assists per game and is also chipping in with 19.1 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game.
