Stewart and Xargay have come a long way since then. They got married on Jul. 6, 2021 and have two kids together as of now. The Liberty star sat down for an interview with ESPN's Hannah Storm on Sunday where she praised her wife for helping her balance being a parent to toddlers and her career.

"It's a little tough to balance being a toddler parent at the same time but to be present, like, be where my feet are, definitely I wouldn't be able to do that without Marta. You know, when I go to the gym I want to be focused on myself and my team and how we can be better. And then when I'm home with my family and try to switch things on and off but you get used to the sleep deprivation..."
