Las Vegas Aces star Kelsey Plum sent a serious message to fans, warning them about potential food poisoning. The two-time WNBA champion shared a concerning Instagram story on Monday, revealing that she got food poisoning.
Besides sharing the symptom, Plum wrote that she got it from a double strawberry smoothie or juice she ordered over the weekend.
"Peeps stay away ... . I ordered double strawberries this weekend and my butt paying the price 😭😭😭😭," she captioned the post.
Kelsey Plum's story details that you can get food poisoning from smoothies and juices and that the most common symptoms are diarrhea and nausea. More than that, Jamba Juice has warned clients that its smoothies containing strawberries could have been contaminated with Listeria.

The All-Star guard took to Instagram to share with fans that her cigar was available on lounges now, admitting that she never thought about it before. Before that news, Plum received a big honor from the Washington Huskies. The guard will be the first player on the women's team to have her jersey retired. Plum's iconic No. 10 jersey will be retired in a special ceremony next Jan. 25, during a Big Ten home duel against Purdue.
After finishing her college career as the team's all-time leading scorer, she will be part of Washington's Forever 10 program to celebrate her legacy.
