It appeared like Gabby Williams had tied the game with her apparently three-point shot, but Breanna Stewart's face had no signs of strain. Right after Williams made the shot, the New York Liberty star tuned around and signaled that it was a two-point shot.

This Olympics has given a lot of legendary pictures to sports fans. From Steph Curry's 'night, night' against France to his jumping while a Serbian player is lying on the floor holding his head, this Olympics has been memorable. Stewart just added another legendary picture to the memory.

In the picture, Gabby Williams is seen holding her head knowing that her toes were on the three-point line. Right beside her, Stewart is seen pointing towards the spot of the shot with her two fingers signaling that it was a two-pointer.

At just age 29, Breanna Stewart has a legendary resume in basketball. This was her third appearance in the Olympics and her third gold medal. In just eight years in pro basketball, Stewart has won two WNBA titles, two Finals MVP, two league MVP and three Olympic gold medals.

Gabby Williams was born in Nevada. She played in the WNBA till 2022. After playing four years for UConn, she was selected by the Chicago Sky in the 2018 WNBA Draft. She is currently playing overseas for Fenerbahçe S.K. in the Turkish League.

Williams has dual citizenship as her mother Therese is from France. She has previously competed for France in the Tokyo Olympics and won a bronze medal.
