The Seattle Storm will face the Connecticut Sun for the second time in two days at Mohegan Sun Arena in Montville, Connecticut, on Tuesday. This highly anticipated matchup between the No. 2 and No. 5 teams in the standings promises to deliver some high-level basketball for WNBA fans.
The Sun will enter the game with a 24-8 overall record and an impressive 13-3 home record. The Storm have struggled of late, losing three of their last four games, but have a 19-13 record going into the final stages of the season and have already qualified for the postseason.

Seatle Storm coach Noelle Quinn has stuck with the same starting five over the last three games and will likely go with the same group. Expect to see Jewell Loyd, Skylar Diggins-Smith, Gabby Williams, Nneka Ogwumike and Ezi Magbegor once again take the court on Tuesday night.
The only injury setback for the Storm is forward MacKenzie Holmes, who will miss the entire season due to knee surgery.

Six-time WNBA All-Star Jewell Loyd will be the player to keep an eye on for the Storm. The 5-foot-10 guard has been the team's key performer on the offensive front. She finished with a game-high 27 points and drilled three 3-pointers against the Sun on Sunday and will be looking to repeat that type of performance on Tuesday. On the season, she is averaging a team-high 20.6 points per game.
Sun forward Alyssa Thomas has been in scintillating form over the last few weeks. While DeWanna Bonner leads the team in scoring with 15.8 points per game, Thomas is contributing in multiple ways. The former University of Maryland star leads the roster in rebounds (8.7), assists (7.6) and minutes (32.5) and is also chipping in with 10.9 points per game.
