
Randy Orton (birth name: Randal Keith Orton) is an American professional wrestler and actor who performs on WWE's SmackDown brand as of April 2025. Orton holds the record for the third-most world championship reigns in the history of WWE, with a career spanning more than 20 years. The third-generation wrestler has a brief history in the wrestling business. He was trained and performed in the Southern Illinois Conference Wrestling and the Mid-Missouri Wrestling Association before WWE. After signing with the WWE, Orton was assigned to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). He won the OVW Hardcore Title (two times) in that promotion. During his early days in WWE, Orton became a member of the stable 'Evolution' and won the Intercontinental Title. This also marked his first-ever title in his WWE career.
