Hemofarm
During the second half of the 2005-06 season, Boban Marjanovic signed with Hemofarm's first team and played in the Adriatic League. He was loaned to the Swisslion Takovo, a Serbian League team, due to which he had to play there until January 2007. After this, he returned to the Hemofarm.
CSKA Moscow
Marjanovic was traded to CSKA Moscow in the summer of 2010.
