Sri Lanka named their squad for the ODI World Cup 2023 on September 26, two days before the final cut-off date. The Dasun Shanaka-led team will look to go deep in the upcoming tournament, especially after failing to reach even the semi-finals in the 2015 and 2019 editions.

Sri Lanka will begin their ICC ODI World Cup 2023 campaign against South Africa at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on October 7.
