A small injury can make a big impact when a cricket player wants to perform his/her best on the ground. This is where sports physiotherapists step in and enable sportsmen to be back in form.

Anuja Dalvi combined her craze for the game of cricket and her inquisitive mind for biology. By doing so, she became the first female physiotherapist to be associated with the IPL. She has closely worked with national and international cricket players of Rajasthan Royals like Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler and Robin Uthappa.

By pursuing a career in sports physiotherapy, she has set an example for other women to pursue the same.
