ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Warm-Up Matches Schedule
The schedule of the ICC ODI World Cup warm-up fixtures has already been announced. The International Cricket Council on August 23 announced the matches for the warm-up round that will take place between September 29 and October 3, just before the commencement of the marquee event.
The significance of playing the warm-up matches is to allow the teams to get acclimate with the conditions in order to decide their best combinations in the showpiece event. The warm-up games are played in the 50-over format but won’t be considered as an international matches.
