On October 25, 2023, WWE announced that it would organize its first-ever pro wrestling event in Germany. In recent times, the promotion has been organizing events outside the USA in places like Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Wales, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and now Germany. The same day, WWE announced that the event would be known as Bash in Berlin.

The first edition of Bash in Berlin will take place on August 31, 2024, a Saturday. It will be held at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany. The possible start timings of the show is as follows:

• 3 PM - United States, Eastern

• 12 PM - United States, Pacific

• 8 PM - United Kingdom

• 12:30 AM, Sunday - India

• 10 PM - Saudi Arabia (AST)
