The 107th PGA Championship will be played at the legendary Quail Hollow Club, Charlotte, North Carolina, from May 15-18. This marks a homecoming for the tournament, as the golf course has previously hosted this major in 2017.
It was first opened on June 3, 1961, and underwent several renovations, including changes to a few holes made by Arnold Palmer in 1986 and redesigns by Tom Fazio in 1997, 2003, and 2014–2016 in anticipation of the PGA Championship. The course's average elevation is about 600 feet (185 meters) above sea level, south of central Charlotte. The course is a component of a large housing complex.
