That'll be the end of our cricketing coverage for the day. Join us tomorrow as we look forward to bringing you loads of cricketing action from all across the globe. This is Rajarshi, signing off on behalf of myself and Srivathsa. See you tomorrow!
Prenelan Subrayen, Dolphins captain: I think the pressure comes in every game, it's a matter of turning up on a particular day and what you do that day. There are still areas which we can improve on, so we'll go back and improve on them.
Grant Roelofsen, batter of the match: Off to a good start, runs on the board, credit to all the bowlers as well. (On asked about this innings of his) Up there, it's nice to be doing this chat.
Ottniel Baartman | Bowler of the Match: It was not a big adjustment, need to hit a good length and let the ball do the talking. It's a good feeling and nice to execute at the back end of the powerplay.
Match summary: Dolphins won the toss and opted to bat
Warriors 2nd innings 68 all out (13.2 Overs) Matthew Breetzke 27*(28) | Ottniel Baartman 5/14 (2.2)
Dolphins win by 123 runs
What a destructive spell it was from Ottniel Baartman! He finishes the game off in some style, knocking those stumps over and trapping them in front! The Dolphins get a bonus point due to the margin of victory! Thanks to Grant Roelofsen's 91, the Dolphins had plenty of runs on the board and a lot of momentum going into the break, and with the start they had with the ball, there was only one way the game would have headed! Eathan Bosch hit the pitch hard, got some purchase off it and picked up a couple of top-order wickets, the spinners then came in the fray, they got some assistance off the wicket as well, and not before long, the Warriors were reeling!
Any chance of a lower order resistance and counter-attack was shunned by Ottniel Baartman after that. The seamer kept a full and straight trajectory for the most of his spell, bowled a bouncer that hit Beyers Swanepoel on the back of his head, ripping the strap off, and he had to be replaced. Baartman then went on a spree of knocking those stumps over, finished with a five wicket haul, and thanks to his efforts in the end, the Dolphins were awarded with a bonus point!
13.2 Ottniel Baartman to Kgaudisa Molefe, OUT! 5 for 0 in his last 8 balls! Can you believe that! Baartman has his fiver and knocks back the off-stump. Full and straight, past the defence and game over. Stunning stuff here. Baartman also sent Swanepoel off the field after hitting him on the helmet during that crazy 8-ball period. Phew
Kgaudisa Molefe b Ottniel Baartman 0 (1b 0x4 0x6)
Kgaudise Molefe, RHB, comes to the crease
13.1 Ottniel Baartman to Rudi Second, OUT! Baartman! Another one. The concussion sub goes too. Another nipbacker and Second shuffles right across to work it, misses and another easy decision for the umpire. Baartman has his fourth
Rudi Second LBW b Ottniel Baartman 2 (3b 0x4 0x6)
Well, Rudi Second has been sent out as the concussion substitute for Swanepoel. Such a shame that the day had to end this way for the all-rounder.
