Dreux eventually win by 5 wickets and with 14 balls to spare but it will be a consolation victory for the Royal 94 who have put up a brave fight here and have clinched a solitary point against the mighty table toppers. Dreux will be slightly disappointed at missing out on a point but they will go to the top of the table nonetheless.

Dreux got off to a disastrous start as they lost two wickets in two overs but they built up a partnership from there onwards. Usman Khan got together with Muhammad Rafah and set the platform for them before Ahmadzai came in and became the top scorer with a breezy 26 run cameo. Abdurrahaman and Tabish Bhatti finished things off in the end as they romped home to a comfortable win.

The Royal 94 bowlers did well in the middle overs as well as at the top as they picked up wickets regularly to put the mighty Dreux lineup under some sort of pressure. On the other hand, the fielding left a lot to be desired as they dropped too many catches early on in the innings. Kurumoorthy was the pick of their bowlers with two wickets to his name.
