NCCA win and qualify for the Final!
Nils Priestley 54* (25) | Tom Hinley - 1/15 (2) Michael Turner 29 (21) | Jonathan Speller - 1/39 (2)
The final over of the match could not be complete due to the persistent rain getting heavier, but NCCA had done the job by then to pick up the win!
Even in slippery conditions, they were able to get their lengths right, bowl disciplined lines and field extremely well. Undoubtedly, the better side in the match won!
Wimbledon tried their best to get as many runs as they could, but were not able to match up to the quality of their opponents. With this win, NCCA move through to the Final while Wimbledon get another chance in Qualifier 2.
Well, with the rain falling much more heavily, the umpires have decided to take the players off. Quite clearly now, the winners of Qualifier 1 are NCCA.
Final over of the first qualifier coming up! And it's starting to rain much heavier now. However, NCCA have got things under total control.
